At your first appointment, you may feel apprehensive about what to expect. In general, there are three phases of treatment here at First Choice Chiropractic. The first phase is to "feel better". In this stage, you might need to receive treatment two to three times a week to reduce pain and decrease inflammation. Over time, you'll graduate to the "function better" stage, where treatment is generally four to eight times a month. The length of time you receive treatment depends on your needs and overall health. In the final stage, the "live better" stage, you'll want to come in for periodic adjustments about once a month to keep your body in good health.
